Vanitha and Dr Shawn Lum chronicle how Nature Society (Singapore) (NSS) has taken its dedication to nature conservation from the local to the global stage. Six of our members attended the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Conservation Congress in Hawaii in September, 2016, where Ms Vanitha and Dr Hsu Chia Chi made presentations. These steps in global participation, through presentations and IUCN motions, deserve record in Nature Watch magazine.
