Open to the Public - Registration Needed
The Straw-headed Bulbul
is one of the most threatened birds in the world. Poached for its
melodious call, this bird has gone extinct in Java and Thailand while
the population continues to decline sharply in Peninsular Malaysia and
Borneo. Despite its small size, Singapore remains the last stronghold
for this Critically Endangered bird. Join nature artist Alpana Ahuja as
she takes us through a step-by-step demonstration and explanation on how
to draw and paint this beautiful Critically Endangered bird.
Age Group
This workshop is suitable for adults as well as a parent and child activity for children aged 8 and above.
