Join Evan Landy as he regales inspiring stories of urban peregrine falcons & common kestrels in his home city of London. Watching urban nature is not an idyllic past time. In many ways, Evan has found it an uncomfortable experience - for both wildlife and wildlife watcher. However, the discomfort is worth it, because when it goes right you are able to have intimate encounters with wildlife rarely available in more natural environments.
Join Evan to find out how one innocent tweet on Twitter resulted in a stern telling off, a lasting friendship and then 5 years of work helping to provide a home for some of the most remarkable birds on earth, all trying to survive in a crowded city of over 8 million people.
