Nature
Society (Singapore) warmly invites all members to our 67th Annual
General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 22 May 2021 at 2pm at the
NSS Offices at The Sunflower, 510 Geylang Road. The NSS Executive Committee (Exco) has decided to proceed with a ‘hybrid
event’ this year, i.e. a meeting partly in person and partly with Zoom
participation, all in accordance with social distancing measures currently in
place in Singapore. As such, the first 30 members to sign on for the meeting
will be invited to our offices at The
Sunflower, #02-05, 510 Geylang Road. These members will join Exco and
Council members and will vote on the proposed Resolution 1 in person. All other
members, and those who prefer not to come in person, will be invited to
participate online using the Zoom Video Conferencing platform. Members
participating on Zoom must vote by proxy vote, duly completed proxy votes must
arrive by mail or email at the Sunflower offices on or before Wednesday 19 May 2021.
The
Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2020 will be posted to the NSS
website by 14 May 2021.
We look
