Open to the Public - Registration Needed
During
these walks, we will look out for island specialities including the
Oriental Pied Hornbill, Red Junglefowl, White-rumped Shama and the
globally critically endangered Straw-headed Bulbul.
Experienced birdwatchers from the Nature Society (Singapore) Bird Group will guide two walks at Pulau Ubin:
1) Bird Walk 1 on Sat, 11 June, from Chek Jawa to the Volunteer Hut.
2) Bird Walk 2 on Sat, 18 June, from Nature Gallery to Sensory Trail and Pekan Quarry.
Both
activities will start at 7.30 am and will last three hours taking
participants through different areas of the Ubin countryside.

2. We also advise against the sharing of optics so please bring a pair of binoculars for your own use.
