Explore the intricate world of dragonflies and damselflies through the lens of nature photographer Mohammad Jusri in our Introduction to Insect Macrophotography Workshop - Dragonflies & Damselflies. This immersive experience offers valuable insights into capturing the hidden beauty of these tiny avian critters.
Learn essential gear, field techniques, and composition tips to improve your photography. There will be an outdoor hands-on practice session to sharpen your skills and connect with fellow enthusiasts. The workshop is for DSLR and digital camera users and is suitable for beginners.

Participants are to be well on the day of the activity and must wear a mask if they are coughing or sneezing. NSS reserves the right to turn away participants who are unwell on the day.

This walk is conducted in conjunction with PUB's celebrations for Singapore World Water Day in March 2024.

Things to Bring
1. Digital camera
2. Camera Flash
3. A hat (for field trip)
4. A small torchlight (for field trip)
5. A bottle of water for hydration (for field trip)

- Participants are required to know the functions of their camera like where is the aperture, speed and ISO dials on their cameras are.
- Other materials will be provided by organiser for making a simple diffuser.
- This workshop is NOT suitable for camera phone users.
