DESCRIPTION:Nature Society Singapore is organising a Volunteer Recruitment & Sharing Session for individuals who are interested in contributing their time and skills towards nature conservation\, outreach\, and education. \nThis session will introduce participants to the Society’s work\, the role volunteers play in advancing conservation efforts\, and the various volunteer opportunities available. Participants will learn how they can get involved in a meaningful and sustainable way. \nWho We Are Looking For \nWe are looking for individuals who: \n\n– Have an interest in nature\, biodiversity\, or environmental conservation\n– Enjoy working with people and engaging the public\n– Are keen to contribute their time and skills to a non-profit organisation\n– Are reliable\, committed\, and willing to learn\n\nNo prior experience in nature conservation is required. Training and guidance will be provided. \nVolunteers are generally aged 17 and above. The paths and hides here offer excellent views across the freshwater marshes. This buffer park located in the east of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve\, was a former Hainan village that is rich in cultural heritage.
