Eggs of Golden Apple Snails @Bishan Park

There are lots of them on the rocks and tree stumps along the stream.
According to Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research they are indigenous to South America and very destructive.
They are listed among the 100 worst invasive species of the world.
Since the unwelcome introduction of the alien Golden Apple Snail, the population of the native Apple Snail has declined drastically.

Hope NPark can do something to prevent this from happening.
