Help to ID flying Insect.

Please help to identify this flying insect. It is very tiny about 6mm long, like cling to leaf in number, can fly at fast speed and hover in the air. Fond at Bukit Batok HDB townpark. Sorry, the photo not sharp, taken using handheld videocam.

Looks like a Ficus Thrip, Gynaikothrips sp.,
lives in the rolled-up young fig Ficus benjamina leaves.
