Came across this tiny ( 1 cm) weird looking beetle? with three horns on my limau purut plant today.
The front horns looks like buffalo horns but the longer one at the back does not seem to serve any purpose.
When I try to move it for a better shot, it jumps instead of flying to the next leave, even though it has wings.
Sorry for the shallow DOF, but I had to shoot hand held with a large aperture for 1/250s.
Anyone knows what this is? Thanks.

I think it's a Treehopper - Leptocentrus tauras.

Lena, thanks. Didn't know that there is a group of insects called Tree Hoppers.
