Very, very nice indeed this photo of yours, Lena. I like it. I did not know bees came in such lovely blues. Thought most of them were either black or yellow and black banded. And the pink flowers give a soft and lovely contrast to the pix. Great capture! Amy

Thanks Amy. This bee is not uncommon, and can usu be seen around Sendudok/Melastoma flowers. I just never got around to taking a pic till now, glad you like it! :D

Thanks Alan. Next time you are at Jelutong Tower, look out for these around the Melastoma bushes along the trail leading to the tower from Rifle Range :smile:
