Saw many of this 'bugs' on a mistletoe at Fraser's Hill. Anyone know what it is ?

Mealybugs or scale insects? Sap-sucking pests :yuck:

...by carnivorous harvester butterflies?
Do we have any species of these in Singapore?
Some farmer wants to know if we could breed them here.
