Hello,
I found this month right outside my door step near the corridor lights. Are you able to identify it for me?
Thank you for your time.

Regards,
Jay

Hello Green Baron,

I sent that picture to you via email. Thank you for pointing me to the forum, and for the identification. It was a weird moth and the first time I ever saw one with clear wings.

Jay

Jay,
You are welcome. That is what the mail id and now this forum is for.
It is indeed an unusual moth as there are no many with transparent wings. In fact I first saw this moth in Malaysia and only recently seen it in the Nature Reserve. Not much is known about the moths of Singapore, what is commonly found in urban area. BIG may start a project that involves the public to help record the moths that are commonly found in Singapore.
