Looks like there is quite a difference if one is to use flash against one that is with
out flash !!!

D300, VR105mm, F2.8G, F 1/16, 1/60s, ISO 200, SB600

Gan,

I notice that the flash, kind of flatten the eye of the butt,
while my no flash picture the eye retains its' natural roundness ...

In bird photography some are now advocating no flashing, albeit more
difficult to get acceptable pictures.
