This was taken in Serangoon Gardens, about three inches wide ...
any idea which moth ???

There are a few different species from this family. Show me the one from Sulawesi.

My mistake, this one is Acherontia styx

and this one is probably Acherontia lachesis, not 100% sure with the hind wings hidden.
