Size about one inch.

Not sure what this one is. I have reared a similar one. It is a Lymantriid moth. Would be good to rear it to confirm the id.

Hi KC,
This fella looks like a compressed version, must have been disturbed.
Location : Dairy Farm path towards Wallace Education Centre in front of carpark area.
Date : 26.9.09
Going to have to find it to rear since appears to be more than once seen at Dairy...
