Do you know what is the name of these 2 trees ?

Gan, look like Dalbergia latifolia ( white flowered recently, now seed pods ) and Milletia pinnata ( with purple flowers like the one at Kranji Marsh ). Close-ups would be much appreciated!

ok, will get a closeup of the leaf. Both are caterpillar host plant.

The first pix looks like Dalbergia latifolia [Black Rosewood]-see

2nd pix dont look like Lagaestromia, Pometia pinnata or Purple Millettia (Millettia. Callerya atropurpurea) I was thinking...Angie ?

Milletia pinnata is new name for Pongamia pinnata.
