Unknown shrub with red fruit at Sentosa

While deep in the forest of Serapong (actually was on open slope space plenty of sun), several of us came across this, any idea ?

Nice photo, Plain Tiger.

The genus is Guioa, in the rambutan family. If the leaf stalks are winged and the leaflets are not hairy or curved, it could be G. pleuropteris. G. pubescens, also found in Sentosa, has narrower leaflets.
