Green Metalwing?

Green Metalwing?

Saw this damselfly with dazzling blue-green wings in flight at Chitwan National Park, Nepal

...its bent tail made it all the more interesting - is this a common feature, or caused by an accident?

Saw another one at another area of the park, this one a more 'perfect' specimen

Are they both Green Metalwings?

So hard to take a good flight shot of this beauty, I got a 5 sec video here, with a flash of its brilliant wings when it took flight at the last split-second...
