Pink Slug from NSW, Australia

Another pix from Michael Murphy. This slug is a relic from Gondwanaland. It hides in leaf litter and under fallen timber during the day, and at night climbs treees to feed on micro-algae growing on the bark. On rainy mornings, you can find them crawling down slowly in numbers from the tree.
