Hi Steven,
That's a beautiful fern, looks like a Tectaria sp.
Is the sori on the underside of the frond woolly or is the photo blurry?

The wooly bottle-brush flower spike is probably Uraria crinita, a medic herb.

The spores are blurred cos the area too dark to focus correctly.

Is this other one Celosia also seen growing nearby (with pink slenderer infloresence) ?

This is infloresence of Uraria sp. not Celosia sp.
