Activity Lead: Cynthia Wan, Forest Therapy Guide
Reconnect with Nature at the Singapore Botanic Gardens
Step into a day of calm and rejuvenation at one of the world’s oldest botanic gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015. Let the soothing surroundings and fresh air nurture your body, mind, and spirit while discovering simple ways to weave nature into your self-care routine.
What is Forest Bathing?
“Forest Bathing,” or immersing yourself in a forest atmosphere, is a mindful well-being practice that encourages slowing down, observing quietly, and engaging your senses fully with nature. Through gentle relaxation exercises, silent observation, and small group sharing circles, you will experience reduced stress, increased relaxation, and even a boost in creativity.
The session concludes with a warm tea-sharing circle, offering a chance to reflect, connect, and carry the calm of the forest with you.
