What is Forest Bathing?
“Forest Bathing”, or “immersing oneself in a forest atmosphere” is a well-being practise where we practise being present and mindful in nature. We will be engaging in a series of relaxation and nature connection activities slowing down, sitting in stillness, observing in silence and optional group sharing. The sensory experience aims to connect us with nature through our senses, enhancing our sense of well-being, relieve stress, encourage relaxation and can help stimulate creativity. At the end of the session, there will be a tea sharing session.
